Another variation on my other recipes.

Recipe Ingredients for High Calorie Low Chol Pancakes & Honey

80 g plain flour
70 g oatmeal
15 g dried skimmed milk
8 g dried egg white
2 egg whites
400 ml skimmed milk
40 ml Honey

Recipe Directions for High Calorie Low Chol Pancakes & Honey

  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Add the egg whites and milk and mix well.

  3. Leave to stand for 10 mins for the oats to soak.

  4. Fry as normal (with little or no fat).

  5. Serve with a drizzle of honey and fresh fruit.
