Recipe Ingredients for Hidden Broccoli Smoothie

1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli, Cooked
0.5 cup, unthawed Strawberries
0.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries
8 oz Nancy's Organic Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 serving Sunridge protein powder
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Hidden Broccoli Smoothie

Steam the broccoli. Blend all ingredients together in a blender. I do the milk and protein powder first so it's not as chalky.
