Chicken and Beef prepared similar to Japanese style hibachi grill

Recipe Ingredients for Hibachi style dinner

4 medium zucchini, cut into 1 inch strips
1 large white onion, diced
1 lb chicken breast fillet, cut in 1 inch chunks
1 lb beef, cut in 1 inch chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Hibachi style dinner

  1. Heat olive oil in pan over med-high heat.

  2. Cook veggies and 1 tablespoon soy sauce for about 3 minutes

  3. Add chicken and beef, cook until chicken is no longer pink in the middle. Season with pepper.

  4. Serve hot over steamed rice if desired.
