4 oz Fat Free Yogurt Vanilla
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
1 tablespoons Natural Unflavored Protein Powder
3/4 cup Fresh Frozen Mixed Berries
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 cups Spinach
8 fl oz Diet Green Tea with Blueberry and Pomegranate
