Hi fiber, high protein shake, great for breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for Hi Fiber Protein Shake - PB cup

10 1/2 grams Agave Nectar
2 serving Plain Whey Protein (teraswhey)
1 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
8 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
6 grams PB2
100 grams NM Raw Wheat Bran

Recipe Directions for Hi Fiber Protein Shake - PB cup

put all ingredients in blender, blend on high for about 3 min to puree the raw bran. Add desired amount of ice, blend until smooth. Poor in a large glass and drink with a straw. YUM.
