Recipe Ingredients for HH Hommus

19 ounces chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 fruit+2-3/8"+dia lemon
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp vegan mayo (fat-free)
2 tsp water
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1 tbsp soy sauce
14 g jalapeno (pepper) , optional

Recipe Directions for HH Hommus

  1. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add additional water or mayo if necessary and salt to taste.

  2. Try mixing in jalapenos, like above, roasted red peppers or other ingredients to give the basic recipe a little flare.
