Recipe Ingredients for HH Biscuits

2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 banana, cold
2/3 cup almond milk

Recipe Directions for HH Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 425F

  2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Either mix for a while with a fork, or place in a food processor and pulse until crumbly.

  4. Add banana and fork in till mixed or add to processor and let motor run until pebbles form.

  5. Transfer to bowl, add milk, combine well. It may appear too wet, but it is not.

  6. Drop spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake 5-10 (longer if the biscuits are larger), until golden and brown around the edges.
