Recipe Ingredients for HG's Peanut Butter Chocolate Bread Pudding

1 cup Almond Breeze
67 1/5 grams Light-White Bread (3 slices)
2 tbsp Semi Sweet Morsels
2 tablespoons Sugar, Brown
82.13 grams Cup Egg Beaters (1/3 Cup)
2 tbsp Better Than Peanutbutter
27 grams Cool Whip Free (3 Tablespoons)

Recipe Directions for HG's Peanut Butter Chocolate Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degreees. Place Toasted bread cubes in 1 quart backing dish coated with nonstick cooking spray; sprinkle with chocolate morsels.

  2. Combine Almond Breeze, brown sugar, Egg Beaters and better'n peanutbutter in the blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour mixture over bread cubes (make sure all bread is covered); let stand 5 minutes.

  3. Backe at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until pudding is firm. Eat warm. Serves 4.

  4. Use Country Kitchen 35 calorie bread for additional calorie savings. 3 slices cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Use Shaw's Amazing egg whites instead of egg beaters for additional calorie savings. Use PB2 (4 Tablespoons & 2 Table Spoons of watr) for additional calorie savings. Total of my recipe with the calorie savings is 127 calories.
