Recipe Ingredients for HGC Cabbage/Turkey Chili

100 grams Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
100 grams Cabbage
1 tsp, leaves(1 g) Thyme, Dried
1 serving Cooking Stock
100 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Cumin
1 dash salt
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for HGC Cabbage/Turkey Chili

  1. Spray skillet with Pam

  2. Combine meat with the dry spices and garlic in a bowl.

  3. Place meat in skillet and cook thoughly.

  4. Add water and beef broth and bring to a slow broil.

  5. Once the water is hot, add cabbage and cook until cabbage is tender then add the tomatoes.

  6. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
