Recipe Ingredients for HG Gravy-good Beef Casserole

1 lb extra lean ground beef
4 cups sliced mushrooms
12 oz Fat Free Beef Gravy
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup frozen peas
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tsp thyme

Recipe Directions for HG Gravy-good Beef Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Spray 8x8 baking pan with non-stick spray

  3. In large skillet, spray non-stick spray and heat to medium-high. Add beef and onions; sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Cook and crumble until beef is fully cooked, 6 to 8 minutes.

  4. Drain any excess liquid from pan. Add mushrooms, peas and gravy. Gently mix and transfer to prepared casserole dish.

  5. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and gravy is bubbly. Makes 4 servings.
