Recipe from the back of the cinnamon chips bag. Makes about 6 dozen cookies when using a one-teaspoon cookie scooper. For the purposes of Calorie Count, one serving is two cookies (i.e. 36 servings total).

Recipe Ingredients for Hershey's Oatmeal Cinnamon Chips Cookies (2 cookies/serving)

16 tbsp Salted Butter
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.33 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, Whole
1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.5 cup All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2.5 cup Quick Cooking Oats
0.75 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
10 oz Cinnamon Chips

Recipe Directions for Hershey's Oatmeal Cinnamon Chips Cookies (2 cookies/serving)

  1. Heat oven to 350F.

  2. Beat (room temperature or softened) butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

  3. Combine flour and baking soda; add to butter mixture, beating well.

  4. Stir in oats, cinnamon chips and raisins (batter will be stiff). (Tip: add the oats a little at a time and stir as you go, or it'll be really difficult to mix everything together.)

  5. Drop by heaping teaspoons (or use a teaspoon-size cookie scooper) onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. (It's difficult to tell when these are done, you might have to crack one in half to see the inside, especially in the first batch you put in the oven.)

  6. Cool for 1 minute before removing from the cookie sheets and cooling on a wire rack.
