Recipe Ingredients for Heritage Inn Apple Pancakes

4 Apples
3 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 c. Wheat Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Heritage Inn Apple Pancakes

  1. Grate or chop apples in food processor. Squeeze out excess juice. Put apples into mixing bowl. Mix with eggs. Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder. Add to apples. Stir all ingredients together. Beat lightly with spoon. If mixture is still developing pools of juice, add more flour. Melt 2 Tablespoons of vegetable shortening in hot pan to that melted shortening is one inch deep. Drop 1 heaping tablespoon of batter at a time and press into ban. The thinner you get this, the better it will be. After they are cooked garnish with the toppings for your choice.
