1 carrot Carrots
1 small Onions
0.25 cup Roasted Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, Organic
450 grams Pussac Punay heritage beans
0.018 oz Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Bay Leaf

Recipe Directions for Heritage Andean Beans

  1. Boil beans for 3 minutes and soak overnight.

  2. Cook beans in clean water for 4-5 hours.

  3. Saute carrots and onions in olive oil.

  4. Add beans, water (less than a cup) and herbs. Add salt to taste.

  5. Cook to blend flavors.

  6. Eat!
