The butter adds some creaminess, and the fruity olive oil works well with the herbs. Great side dish with grilled fish. Use whatever fresh herbs you have.

Recipe Ingredients for Herby Lemon Pasta

4 oz spaghetti, whole wheat
1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
1 oz parmesan cheese
2 tbs basil
2 tbs parsley
1 tbs mint

Recipe Directions for Herby Lemon Pasta

Boil pasta until cooked to preferred tenderness. Meanwhile, clean herbs and shred cheese. Once pasta is cooked, drain well and return to pot but not heat. Add all ingredients and mix well, chopping or tearing and adding herbs at the last possible moment to prevent browning. Serve warm.
