Recipe Ingredients for Herbed Tilapia with Tomato and Pepper

1 lb tilapia
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp basil leaves
1 tsp marjoram leaves
1 Roma tomato
1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
1 cup bell pepper
1 small Onion
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Herbed Tilapia with Tomato and Pepper

  1. Place fish fillets in the large nonstick skillet. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp garlic pepper 1/4 tsp basil and 1/4 Marjoram Add 3 tbsp water to skillet.

  2. In medium bowl combine tomato, olives, and bell pepper, onion and olive oil mix lightly. Sprinkle vegetables mixture remaining 1/2 tsp garlic pepper 3/4 tsp basil and 3/4 tsp marjoram mix lightly.

  3. Spoon vegetable mixture over fish in skillet, heat until water bubbles. Cover and cook over medium-low heat 8 to 12 minutes or until thickest part of fish flakes easily with fork. Remove fish with slotted spatula. Remove vegetables with slotted spoon. Top fish with vegetable mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
