1 tbsp heavy cream
2 tsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried thyme

  1. crack eggs & scramble

  2. add cream, mix

  3. spray pan with Pam add eggs

  4. sprinkle with thyme

  5. remove eggs before they start to brown

  6. put in bowl sprinkle with parmesan
