Recipe Ingredients for Herbed Quinoa

1.5 cup Quinoa
2.75 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
12 Teaspoon Juice
12 Teaspoon Juice
0.25 cup Olive Oil
0.75 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
0.25 cup fresh Parsley

Recipe Directions for Herbed Quinoa

For quinoa: add chicken stock, 1/4 cup lemon juice and quinoa. bring to boil, reduce to simmer. simmer for 12-15 min till all liquid absorbed. Dressing: mix oil, lemon juice, basil, parsley, thyme and 2 teaspoon of lemon zest. Pour dressing over quinoa and toss together.
