Quinoa cooked in chicken broth and herbs.

Recipe Ingredients for Herbed Quinoa

1 cup Quinoa
2 serving Chicken Bouillon Bouillon Cubes
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 medium raw Onion Red
8 clove Garlic
6 tsp Rosemary, Dried
6 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried

Recipe Directions for Herbed Quinoa

Dissolve bouillon in water in saucepan. Finely mince onion and garlic in food processor. Add quinoa, onion and garlic mixture and herbs to boiling broth and return to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes or until broth is completely absorbed.
