Recipe Ingredients for Herbed Oven Fried Chicken

30 oz Chicken
0.5 cup Fat-Free Buttermilk
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp, ground Thyme, Dried
2 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1 cup Corn Flakes
0.2 cup Flour, All Purpose
2 serving Morton Lite Salt, 1/4 t.
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Herbed Oven Fried Chicken

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Spray heavy shallow baking pan with nonstick spray.

  2. 2. Stir together buttermilk, paprika, thyme, and rosemary in pie plate. On sheet of wax paper, mix together crushed cornflakes and flour.

  3. 3. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Dip chicken in buttermilk, then coat with cornflake mixture, pressing firmly so it adheres. Place chicken in prepared baking pan; lightly spraying with nonstick spray.Bake until crispy and cooked through, 35 minutes.
