Herbed Italian Loaf made as dough in bread machine then baked in oven.

Recipe Ingredients for Herbed Italian Loaf - 2 loafs

4 cup White Flour, Unbleached
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tbsp Olive Oil
6 tsp Minced Onion
2 tbsp Parsley, Dried
3 tsp Garlic
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1.5 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp, ground Basil, Dried
2 tbsp Oregano, Ground
2 tsp Yeast

Recipe Directions for Herbed Italian Loaf - 2 loafs

Add water and liquid ingredients into bread machine pan. Add salt, sugar, olive oil, herbs, onion & garlic. Add flour then yeast. Start machine on dough cycle. Take out and shape into two loaves and bake in over on 425 degrees for 24 minutes.
