Recipe Ingredients for Herbed Garlic Vinaigrette

2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp basil or celentro or mint or parsley
1/2 cups olive oil
1 tbsp water

Recipe Directions for Herbed Garlic Vinaigrette

saute garlic, mix all ingedients in a jar, add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for a few weeks.
