Recipe Ingredients for Herbed Croutons

2 1/2 slices whole wheat bread
5 T butter substitute
1 t thyme
1 t savory
1 t basil
1 t fennel

Recipe Directions for Herbed Croutons

  1. Slice bread into bite sized chunks

  2. Melt butter with spices (aka, herbes du provance). Add salt & pepper to taste.

  3. Fold bread into butter-herb mix.

  4. Bake in oven at 350 until warm, around 10 minutes.
