Recipe Ingredients for Herbed Couscous

10 oz couscous
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped

Recipe Directions for Herbed Couscous

  1. Cook the couscous according to package directions.

  2. Fluff with a fork, add the oil, lemon juice and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper and mix to combine. Fold in the parsley and tarragon.
