Recipe Ingredients for Herbed Couscous with Green Beans

1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tblsp Olive Oil
1 cup broth
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2/3 c. couscous
1 cup frozen green beans

Recipe Directions for Herbed Couscous with Green Beans

  1. In saucepan, cook onion and minced garlic in Olive Oil.

  2. Add broth, seasonings and beans.

  3. Bring to a boil. Add couscous. Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
