3 serving cous cous whole wheat
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 clove Garlic
2 Teaspoon Thyme
1 tbsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 dash Salt, Table

  1. cook cous cous

  2. sautee onions, garlic, and diced turnips until soft and cooked through

  3. add spices to turnip mixture

  4. combine with cous cous

  5. toss with olive oil

  6. enjoy
