Recipe Ingredients for Herbed Chicken Stew

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Tuscany
1 large Onions
6 oz Wine
2 Medium Tomatoes
10 oz Unico Bean Medley
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin

Recipe Directions for Herbed Chicken Stew

Heat oil in deep frying pan. Add chicken or turkey, salt & pepper and brown the meat. Add onions and herbs (thyme, basil, oregano, fresh rosemary). Boil 3/4 cup water and dissolve 1 chicken boullion in it. Add to chicken. Add wine. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, potatoes and can of beans. Simmer for 1 hour. Add bok choy and simmer for another 5 minutes.
