Recipe Ingredients for Herbed Chicken

48 oz. chicken
10 3/4 oz. can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. canola oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Herbed Chicken

Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover, cook on low 2 - 2 1/2 hrs. Uncover & cook 15 mins more.
