Recipe Ingredients for Herbed Basmati Pilaf

0.67 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic
1 cup Rice Basmati
2 cup Light
1/4 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1/2 teaspoon Thyme

Recipe Directions for Herbed Basmati Pilaf

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, saute 1 minute. Add rice; saute 2 minutes.

  2. Stir in chicken broth; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

  3. Remove from heat; stir in green onions and thyme.
