Recipe Ingredients for Herbed Balsamic Chicken with Blue Cheese

10 ounces chicken breasts
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp herbs
1/2 ounce blue cheese

Recipe Directions for Herbed Balsamic Chicken with Blue Cheese

  1. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add to chicken. Seal and chill for two hours turning bag occasionally.

  2. Prepare bbq (med-high heat). Brush grill rack with oil. arrange chicken on grill. Sprinkle with herbes de Provence (or other fresh herbs). Grill until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. Transfer to plates; top each with a slice of blue cheese.
