This is a basic recipe for herbal balls. This time I used American Ginseng and Eleuthro as the main herbs - Ginkgo and Ashwagandha as less major herbs - and a bit of maca, licorice root and ginger to balance it out.

Recipe Ingredients for Herbal Balls

1/4 cup almond butter
2 1/2 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon tahini
2 1/2 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon fresh ginger

Recipe Directions for Herbal Balls

  1. Make sure all herbs to be used are finely ground, including fresh ginger.

  2. Mix herbs.

  3. Measure out ground nut butters.

  4. Add Herbs.

  5. Add Honey.

  6. Stir thoroughly.

  7. Form into balls.

  8. Freeze
