This was a new recipe for us. Made in slow cooker. Don't recommend during the week, as this kind of has to be supervised. But the flavor was good.

Recipe Ingredients for Herb stuffing Pork Tenderloin with apples and cherries

1 package (7.5 ounces) herb stuffing mix
1 (cup) celery stalk, chopped
1 (cup) granny smith apple, chopped
1/2 (cup) onion, chopped
1 (cup) dried cherry
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cup chicken broth
2 lbs pork tenderloin

Recipe Directions for Herb stuffing Pork Tenderloin with apples and cherries

  1. 1.Spray inside of 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.

  2. 2.Mix all ingredients except pork. Place half of the stuffing mixture in slow cooker; top with pork. Spoon remaining stuffing mixture over pork.

  3. 3.Cover and cook on low heat setting 6 to 8 hours or until pork is tender.
