1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin, ground
1 1/2 teaspoon coriander, ground
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil, extra virgin
3 ounces pork sirloin chops, raw, boneless

Recipe Directions for Herb-Rubbed Pork Chop

  1. Mix the garlic, cumin, coriander, and oil to form a pste. Season the pork chop with black pepper, and rub with paste.

  2. Coat a skillet with non-stick spray. Heat to medium.. cook the pork chop about 5 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink inside.
