Recipe Ingredients for Herb Roasted Potatoes

16 oz Potatoes
1 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Gourmet Blends Herbes de Provence

Recipe Directions for Herb Roasted Potatoes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash potatoes thoroughly. Cut into 1" pieces. Toss with olive oil in a bowl, coating as evenly as possible. Sprinkle on Herbs de Provence. Roast on a metal baking sheet at 400 for 35-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
