3 tbsp chopped Onions
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 cup, diced Celery
1 dash Salt, Table
0.25 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1.5 1tsp Olive Oil
1 dash Pepper, Black
