Heart Healthy boneless, lean Pork Chops

Recipe Ingredients for Herb Pork Chops

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp parsley
2 tbsp bread crumbs (whole wheat if possible)
2 tsp dijon mustard
8 oz pork chop, lean

Recipe Directions for Herb Pork Chops

  1. Mix first four ingredients.

  2. With knife, spread dijon mustard on both sides of pork chop, 1 tsp per chop.

  3. Press each chop in bread crumb mixture.

  4. Broil 6 minutes each side, 5" from heat source.
