Recipe Ingredients for Herb Parmesan Crusted Pollock

16 oz Pollock
15 crackers Crackers
1 large Egg, Whole
100 grams Canola Oil
61 3/10 grams Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
4 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Herb Parmesan Crusted Pollock

  1. mix dry ingredients.

  2. mix egg and oil.

  3. soak fish in buttermilk for 15 min.

  4. dip fish in breading mixture

  5. dip fish in egg mix and coat again in breading mixture. place on baking sheet and bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes or until browning and fish is opaque in the middle.
