Recipe Ingredients for Herb-Parmesan Chicken

1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
21 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Recipe Directions for Herb-Parmesan Chicken

  1. Place flour, egg and bread crumbs on separate plate. Stir parmesan cheese into bread crumbs.

  2. Coat chicken with flour, dip in egg, then coat well with bread crumb mixture.

  3. Heat oven to 375 F. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until thickest part of chicken is 165 F.
