8 large(33 g) Egg, White
3 1/2 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
15 grams Classic Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
3 tbsp Parsley
1/4 cup Spinach
1 serving Hollywood Enriched Expeller Pressed Safflower Oil

Recipe Directions for Herb Frittata

  1. Preheat broiler.

  2. In a broiler-safe pan, heat safflower oil over medium heat.

  3. Whisk ingredients together. Pour into pan.

  4. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, frequently lifting the edges to allow uncooked egg to go to the bottom.

  5. Put inside the broiler. Wait 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
