Recipe Ingredients for Herb and Feta Frittata

2 teaspoon olive oil
4 large eggs
1 cup All Whites, 4 egg whites
3/4 cup reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped and loosely packed
1/4 cup 1% milk
2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Herb and Feta Frittata

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Warm oil over medium heat in an oven-safe nonstick 10-inch skillet until hot (if skillet is not oven-safe, wrap handle in a double layer of foil).

  2. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat eggs, feta, parsley, milk, rosemary and pepper with a wire whisk until blended. Pour egg mixture into skillet; do not stir. Cook until egg mixture begins to set around edges, 3 to 4 minutes.

  3. Place skillet in oven; bake until frittata is set, 13 to 15 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve.
