Recipe Ingredients for Herb and Feta Frittata

2 tsp olive oil
8 large eggs
4 oz feta cheese
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp rosemary

Recipe Directions for Herb and Feta Frittata

  1. Preheat over to 400. Warm olive oil over medium heat in an oven safe

  2. Nonstick 10inch skilled until hot (if skillet is not oven safe wrap

  3. Handle in a double layer of foil)

  4. In medium bowl, beat eggs, feta, milk, rosemary and pepper with wire

  5. Whisk until blended. Pour egg mixture into skillet; do not stir. Cook

  6. Until mixture begins to set around edges about 3 to 4 minutes

  7. Place skillet in oven; bake until frittata is set, 13 to 15 minutes.

  8. Cut into wedges and serve
