Herb Crusted Pork Chops Recipe

Pork chops with a herb, garlic, parmesan and breadcrumb topping

Recipe Ingredients for herb crusted pork chops

2 pork chop
2 slices bread
1 garlic clove
25 g parmesan cheese
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp apple sauce
2 tsp english mustard

Recipe Directions for herb crusted pork chops

  1. Dry fry the pork chops on both side until lightly browned.

  2. Blitz the bread, garlic, parmesan and rosemary in a hand blitzer until finely chopped.

  3. Add the apple sauce to the mix and blitz again to bind together.

  4. Spread the mustard on one side of each pork chop.

  5. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture ontop of each pork chop and lightly press down.

  6. Place in the oven, 180oc, for approx 30 minutes.
