This is one of my favorite winter dishes

Recipe Ingredients for Herb crusted chicken pot pie

2 cups bisquick mix
3/4 cup organic fat free milk
2 cups organic broccoli
2 cups organic cauliflower
1 cup chopped organic carrots
1/2 cup chopped organic onion
2 can organic cream of chicken soup
1 can organic chicken broth
12 oz of chopped chicken breast
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp sage

Recipe Directions for Herb crusted chicken pot pie

  1. fry up chicken in olive oil with onions

  2. when almost cooked through add vegetables and broth

  3. cover for a couple minutes on low

  4. Mix up bisquick mix and milk along with sage and thyme

  5. Add cream of soup into vegetable mixture

  6. pour veggie mix into 9x13 greased pan

  7. pour bisquick batter over veggies

  8. bake on 350 for 35 minutes or so
