Recipe Ingredients for Herb Cheese Muffins

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
4 oz.
1 egg, beaten

Recipe Directions for Herb Cheese Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 190C

  2. put out 12 muffin cups or use paper liners.

  3. In large bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.

  4. In small bowl combine milk, cream cheese, egg and chives.

  5. Stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon mixture into muffin cups.

  6. Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

  7. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes.

  8. Remove from pan. Serve warm.
