225 grams Ground Turkey, fat-free (99%)
1 clove Garlic
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
2 tblsp Italian Classics Italian Blend Italian Cheese
0.5 cup Spinach
2 slice, large (4-1/2" x 3-1/4" x 3/4") Bread, Italian

Recipe Directions for Herb Blend Turkey Burger

  1. 1 pound lean ground turkey

  2. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

  3. 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind

  4. 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic

  5. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  6. 4 Kaiser rolls, split

  7. Shredded spinach leaves

  8. Tomato slices

  9. Preparation

  10. 1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until blended. (Do not overwork meat mixture.) Shape mixture into 4 (5-inch) patties.

  11. 2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400) 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until done.

  12. 3. Scoop out soft centers from bottom half of rolls, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Place burgers in shells; top evenly with spinach and tomato slices, and cover with roll tops.
