Fruit salad to serve with grilled Salmon

Recipe Ingredients for Heracaniac's Fruit Salsa

1/2 cup strawberries, cubed to 1-1.5 cm
1/2 cup peaches, cubed to 1-1.5 cm
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Heracaniac's Fruit Salsa

  1. Can use any of your favorite seasonal fruits (mango, cherries, pineapple, etc)

  2. Combine salsa ingredients and refrigerate while cooking salmon

  3. Grill or Bake salmon as desired

  4. Serve with salsa on the side
