Recipe Ingredients for Helen's Chicken and Hashbrown casserole

48 oz potatos, cubed
4 chicken breast
4 cup cheese (shredded cheddar)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup
6 oz mushroom

Recipe Directions for Helen's Chicken and Hashbrown casserole

  1. Pre-cook chicken breasts and cube.

  2. Add all other ingredients except 1 cup of cheese.

  3. mix together and pour into 10 by 14 baking dish.

  4. Bake for 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
