Recipe Ingredients for Helen's chicken enchilada's

2.5 cup Old El Paso Sauce Green Chile Enchilada Mild
7 serving (Diana's) corn tortillas
3 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
7 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
8 tbsp Sliced Olives

Recipe Directions for Helen's chicken enchilada's

  1. Cook and shred chicken breast

  2. Heat enchilada sauce and dip tortillas in it until soft enough to roll up.

  3. Add chicken and a little cheese into tortilla and roll.

  4. pour rest of sauce and cheese on top of enchiladas.

  5. Bake for 35 min at 350.
