Recipe Ingredients for Heidi's wild and brown rice, smoked chicken salad

208 grams wild rice, cooked
99 grams onion, chopped
51 grams cashews
5 medium tomatoes
114 grams marinated artichokes, drained
115 grams hearts of palm
1/2 medium apple
300 gram chicken thighs, no skin, smoked
61 grams celery
1 1/2 cups brown rice, cooked
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/8 cup fresh mint, chopped
1/2 cup vinaigrette

Recipe Directions for Heidi's wild and brown rice, smoked chicken salad

Combine cooked rices and all ingredients, except for vinaigrette. Toss well. Add vinaigrette, toss again. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Add salt and pepper, as needed.
