6 ounces of plain yogurt

Recipe Directions for Heidi's homemade plain 2% yogurt

Heat milk in saucepan until it starts to rise along the sides. Cool to 95 degrees. Put in yogurt maker, and "cook" for 8-10 hours. Refrigerate with tops on for at least 3 hours before serving.
