Delicious and easy chicken salad with walnuts and grapes.

Recipe Ingredients for Heidi's Chicken Salad

4 c. chicken breast (1/2" cubes)
60 green seedless grapes (sliced in half)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. salsa (medium heat)
1 T. honey
4 green onions (sliced)
1/4 c. walnut pieces
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Heidi's Chicken Salad

  1. Combine chicken, grape halves, mayonnaise, salsa, honey, green onions and walnut pieces in a large bowl.

  2. Add salt & pepper to taste.

  3. Serve on 7 grain bread or in a wrap.

  4. Also wonderful served in a cantaloupe half!
